Mailhouse

ABCorp’s capabilities span secure data information receipt and processing, data formatting, base stock production, laser printing, mail processing and mail aggregation for paper and card-based products. All are completed within a single physical facility and under our security umbrella.

Customers are able to interact in real time with our internal systems to search, retrieve and review key operational and performance information on demand. The system allows us to build and maintain on line specifications, monitor inventory and produce all necessary performance reports for our clients.

Mail Management

An often neglected component of end to end mail management is the return to sender mail response process. Today, ABCorp manages inbound mail collection, separation and processing on behalf of a number of key customers. This includes both unopened return to sender (RTS) processing; requests for further information or completed application forms that require both opening and handling.

Tracking down lost customers is a key feature of ABCorp’s RTS service. Mail packs returned with no forwarding address for your lost but highly valued customers or members are processed back into our mail management system for reconciliation.

The details for each individual “lost” customer are then compared with various databases such as Australia Post’s master list of address change notifications. By utilising this process, we have successfully updated address details for over 75% of “deemed” lost mail.
